The oil products on the micro-excavator are divided into four types: diesel, hydraulic oil, engine oil and gear oil.

Diesel: The power fuel diesel filter can be replaced every 500 hours.
Engine oil: It is recommended to change it every 250 hours. When replacing the engine oil, replace the oil filter element. The oil-water separator does not need to be replaced and only needs to be drained regularly.
Air filter: Replace it every 500 hours. Of course, this is not necessarily fixed and should be determined according to your own working conditions. If the working conditions are relatively dirty, you can just blow it every day.
Gear oil: It is only found on traveling motors and can usually be replaced once a year.
Hydraulic oil: It is recommended to replace the hammering machine every 500 hours, and the non-hammering machine is recommended to replace it every 1000 hours. When replacing the hydraulic oil, you must also replace the oil return filter element in the hydraulic oil tank. The oil suction filter element at the bottom of the hydraulic oil does not need to be replaced. , after a long time, you can use gasoline or water to clean it.
The standard position for hydraulic oil testing: the arm and bucket cylinder are all retracted, and the bucket is placed horizontally on the road surface. This is the standard position for hydraulic oil testing.
